Paul Kluwer

Director of Leak Detection Experts

With the passion and drive for building and home development, Paul Kluwer, Director of Leak Detection Experts, chased his goal and fire to direct his own company.

The influence of his brothers, who were plumbers themselves, only encouraged the business to begin. When the recession hit, Paul established Kluwer Australia incorporated maintained and building, and soon grew into major success, which prompted Paul to acquire his building licence.

Together with his brother Mark, Paul founded M-Con, a construction company specialised in architectural and custom-built homes. Over the years, he has established outstanding building, plumbing and problem-solving skills along with the ability to build trustworthy and nurturing relationships with clients.

Mashitah Robson

Management Accountant Grad.Dip.AFIS, BCM

Mashitah Robson has 20 years of experience in the administration and finance field. She looks after the financial and administrative aspects of The Leak Detection Experts, and she is driven for excellence in her work.

With her advanced hospitality skills along with profound knowledge of the transport and building industry, a passion for process development, building and renovation, she plays a major role in the growth of the company.

Mashitah moved to Australia in 2019 after living in New Zealand, where she built two houses. Her understanding of a homeowner’s point of view resonates and reflects the company’s abilities and work ethics to understand the clients’ needs and requirements in their homes.

In her spare time, Mashitah enjoys travelling, experiencing different cuisines and spending time with her family and 4 granddaughters.

Chris Hilton-Wood

Drone Operator

Film Director of Photography – shooting feature films and Television spread his wings by the advent of drones enabling a three-dimensional steady-cam like flying camera – it quickly became apparent that drones could be used for other specialist purposes.

A roof inspection is a perfect drone application – now into the tenth year of drone operations, Chris has inspected football field size roofs to small historical buildings in the city – we are proud to be part of the roof detection experts- Chris still flies his drones for feature films plus he is a licensed pilot of regular aircraft.

Gerard De Hollander

Married for 38 years with 3 adult children.

Gerard has been a carpenter for 42 years during that time he was also a building supervisor for a builder.
He has been doing this work because of the big variety of different projects you can get involved in, never getting bored doing the same thing.

He also did insurance work for 6 years.
